It happened!

Yesterday was officially the first day of summer.

Now we can all bring out our #summer hashtags, summer playlists, and of course, summer dresses!

This wonderful 2014 summer, I've teamed up with LuLu*s to do a Summer Kick-Off fashion series where I show you how I styled five adorable summer dresses from LuLu*s five different ways! I've been dying to share with you these looks and this series for quite some time now so I can finally breathe a sigh of relief now that the time has officially come. Today's outfit theme is a GIRLY look, decked out in denim and floral. This Rose to Fame Ivory Floral Dress is so chic and feminine, I couldn't help but twirl and skip around while wearing it (I know, I'm such a girrlllll). It also comes in a navy if you want a little darker colored floral dress! For some reason I just love the combination of floral and denim--it's one of those pairings that will forever be trendy (in my world anyway). Any time I wear the two together I instantly feel.... well, girly! Also, I need to talk about these shoes I'm wearing because they are possibly my new favorite things to wear and look at. I feel like they are a hybrid of peep toe pumps and lace-up boots--it's one of those things I never knew I wanted until I had them. Ehmagawsh, shoes.
