Happy Cinco De Mayo! Well, let's just pretend I said that yesterday.
Rather than inhale some margaritas and taco salads for this awesome festive holiday, Connor and I decided to take a lovely six mile bike ride with our friends, Amy, Eddie, and Daniel to Utah Lake State Park.
Connor couldn't help show off his aerial skills when we passed by a skate park.
We were supposed to have lunch when we reached our destination, but our stomachs were impatient so we found a random park to picnic in.

And we were off again!

This was my first time at Utah Lake State Park! It's nothing like the beaches in Hawaii, but it was nice at least seeing sand and a body of water in Utah.
