Now here is my own addition to Tasty Tuesday: Steak Fajitas!
I threw together this recipe the other week when we had leftover steaks from a barbecue we went to. It was quick, easy, and DELICIOUS!

Easy Steak Fajitas

Ingredients

16 oz of Steak
1/2 medium onion (julienned)
olive oil
salt
pepper
minced garlic
dried cilantro
4-6 flour tortillas
shredded cheese
sour cream

Directions

1. Season and cook your steak however you like it. This recipe is perfect for leftover steak!
2. Slice steak into thin pieces.
3. Coat large frying pan with olive oil and crank the stove to medium heat.
4. Add steak and onions to pan--cook onions until slightly browned.
5. Add salt, pepper, garlic, and cilantro--all to taste.
6. Serve with tortillas, topped with cheese and sour cream.

Yummy!

Stay Classy.

Don't be shy! I love reading all of your comments!
