With the weather being cruddy these past several days (yesterday was nice for once though), I've been getting major cabin fever--and it's spring for goodness sake! I've been itching for some adventure and am completely consumed by wanderlust. I need to get myself to a hiking trail and interact with nature ASAP. Later this month we are actually heading down to Bryce Canyon with Connor's grandma to go exploring! I've never been there before--everyone keeps telling me it's super beautiful so I'm super excited! The only downside is that apparently they don't allow dogs on the hiking trails so Samson has to take the sideline for this one. :( I'm super bummed to leave him behind but it's only for one night so he'll be okay. He's a big boy now.

If you're in wanderlust mode like I am, you have to make sure you have the proper gear to make your adventure successful! My favorite company that provides the best "wanderlusting" gear and apparel is hands down, Cotopaxi. They have the coolest jackets and backpacks that not only make you look good while you adventure, but make you feel good. The best part is that each piece of Cotopaxi gear is tied to a humanitarian cause in one of the poorest regions of the world, so every purchase you make goes towards helping someone in need. For example, if you buy the Sambaya Stretch Fleece I'm wearing in today's post and you'll provide one cancer treatment for a patient in Senegal via Radiating Hope. When you buy a Boma 13L Daypack (the backpack I'm wearing today--how cute is the color??), you'll provide a half week of tutoring to a child at the Kilimanjaro Kids Community in Tanzania. They're an amazing company with an amazing mission and they're based here in Utah so that makes them triple amazing. boom.
