Mother, I love you.

A simple "I love you" or "Thank you" really doesn't cut it for how much I appreciate my mother.

She's been there through thick and thin, during my highs and my lows, and everything in between. She's my shoulder to lean on (even though she's leaning on my shoulder in these pics, hehe) and my best friend forever.

My mom is the kindest, generous, sweetest lady I know and I want to be just like her when I grow up. Sometimes I think about how amazing she is at being a mom and mentor and I get nervous because I feel like I'll never be able to live up to her level of awesomeness. She's the greatest role model a daughter could have and even though I can't be with her in person on this special day, I send her all my love and wish her the very best Mother's Day a woman could have!

This is probably my most favorite picture I have of my mom. She'll probably kill me for putting this on the Internet for the world to see, but how can you NOT love this picture?

No matter what lotion I tried using, my skin just sucked it up and got even more dry (if that's even possible).
