It's true.
I'm officially a big kid.
Today's outfit is inspired by my new "big kid" role Ineed to should take on now that I'm a college grad! It's a little more sophisticated than my usual looks and I must say, I feel like a grown up in it! ;) I feel like a lot of the time when people hear the words "business-casual," they think that they can never wear anything cute to work again. However, I beg to differ! You can always spice up a simple button-up blouse with some snazzy jewelry, and there is always such a variety of heels you can wear to work, like these taupe booties! Also, if you're working big kid hours, you're going to want to be comfortable all day! These pants from Tractr are not only stylish, but they are extremely soft and comfy! They fit nice and snug to your body without making your legs feel claustrophobic :)
Now that I'm a big kid, I gotta start making big kid decisions!
I'm so excited for this upcoming summer because a lot of great changes are beginning to come about.
Being a big kid can be overwhelming at times, but I'm lucky that I've got another big kid with me to help navigate the next chapter of our lives together.
Hope everyone is having a great Tuesday!
Cheers.

I love the whole outfit! Especially the shoes! I feel like heels are a sign of sophistication that I haven't come all the way around to yet... but I'm getting there! Just have to walk tall!
ReplyDeleteLove this look, I am a BIG believer in challenging the "business casual" look and this is a great option.
